Diversity policy

Diversity and equality in our approach

Diversity in the workplace is of critical importance to Trevose Partners, both internally and externally. Our clients always ask that we provide a diverse shortlist, which for us includes all aspects across race, gender, sexual orientation, and those with mental or physical disabilities.

We strive to go above and beyond where possible, not just at the client’s request but to fulfill what we believe is an important part of our corporate and social responsibility. We recognize that many parts of the broader community are underrepresented to our core client base, for example females in leadership roles especially from within technology, as well as black and ethnic minorities (BAME), and helping our clients to change this is one of our key objectives.

Now more than ever it is imperative to make sure that BAME, female, gay and transgender communities are fairly represented across the sector and that equality is promoted at all levels.

Since our inception in 2012 we are delighted to announce that 44% of all our placements, globally, have been diverse candidates, with a strong number of these placed into senior, leadership positions.

We have worked tirelessly on behalf of many of our diverse candidates even when there are no liver requirements for them, however it is an important responsibility for us to work with our HR and Talent Acquisition partners to ensure the most effective and consistent levels of diverse candidate pipelining possible.
