Of course, diversity holds many forms to include gender, race, physical or mental disability, as well as sexual identity and orientation, so we are committed to including as many people from these varied backgrounds as possible.

In the Financial Services sector in particular, it has become an increasingly important challenge to ensure the make-up of any shortlist be at least 50% diverse, especially females, or those from black and ethnic minority backgrounds.

We understand there is no quick fix to this issue and that social mobility in particular, truly starts at school age, however we are also great believers in the amount of incredibly diverse talent which exists in the market today. We therefore see it as our responsibility to partner with our clients in channelling strong diverse candidate pipelines on a much more consistent and regular basis.
