The Opportunity
Join a Group Internal Audit & Investigations function as a Senior Audit Manager on the Information and Cyber Security team. You'll lead high-risk technology audits, provide team leadership, and act as a trusted advisor on ICS risk to both business and technology stakeholders — with strong exposure to AI security and digital assets as the function evolves.
What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver high-risk ICS audits as Team Manager/Team Lead, from planning through fieldwork and reporting
• Shape the audit plan and risk assessment for your portfolio
• Provide clear supervision, quality review, and technical guidance to the audit team
• Identify and clearly articulate risks/issues to management, driving quality action plans
• Champion innovation — AI and data analytics in audit delivery
• Act as an ICS subject-matter advisor across the wider audit function, including training
• Build and maintain relationships with business/country stakeholders on control environment matters

What You'll Need

• ~12 years' experience in IT auditing, information security, or risk management
• Strong technical grounding across: identity & access management, vulnerability management, code security, security operations, threat intelligence, red/purple teaming, penetration testing
• Familiarity with ICS standards (NIST, CIS)
• IT infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, databases, cloud) a plus
• Strong stakeholder communication — able to translate technical risk into business terms
• Team leadership, coaching, and conflict management experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems or related (Master's a plus)
• Certifications highly desirable: CISA, CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GIAC; CRISC, CISM, CIA a plus
