FX Dealer

About the Role We are expanding our FX dealing desk into APAC and are looking for 2 experienced FX Dealers to take ownership of live market coverage during Asia-Pacific trading hours. This is a hands-on execution role: you will manage a leveraged FX CFD dealing book, run pricing and risk, and operate within an assigned budget. You'll work closely with our London-based dealing desk to ensure seamless, round-the-clock coverage of key APAC markets.

What You'll Do

• Execute and manage a live FX CFD dealing book (leveraged FX) covering APAC market hours
• Run pricing, risk, and P&L on the desk within an assigned budget
• Provide direct market coverage and liquidity management across key APAC trading hours
• Coordinate with the London dealing desk to ensure smooth handover and continuous coverage
• Maintain strict execution focus — this role is dealing/market-making, not analytics or research

What You'll Bring

• ~10 years' experience as an FX/CFD dealer, ideally on a leveraged FX desk
• Proven experience managing a live dealing book within a defined budget
• Strong understanding of APAC FX markets and trading hours
• Background at a comparable FX/CFD trading firm (e.g. LMAX or similar) preferred
• A genuine preference for execution-focused dealing work over analytical or research-based roles
