Head of Performance Marketing

Head of Performance Marketing (APAC) Overview
 
We are seeking an experienced marketing leader with 15-20 years of experience to lead performance marketing and customer acquisition across Singapore and the wider APAC region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, revenue growth and commercial performance.
 
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in performance marketing with strong commercial acumen, has successfully managed significant digital marketing budgets, and has a proven track record of driving measurable business growth in highly regulated or financial services environments.
 
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Growth
  • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
  • Lead paid acquisition across Search, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, Affiliates, SEO, App Marketing and emerging digital channels.
  • Develop full-funnel marketing strategies that optimise awareness, conversion, customer engagement and retention.
  • Drive continuous optimisation through experimentation, attribution modelling, audience segmentation, A/B testing and marketing analytics.
  • Establish performance frameworks, dashboards and KPIs to measure ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates and channel effectiveness.
  • Oversee agency relationships, ensuring media investments deliver maximum commercial return while maintaining best-in-class execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Analytics and Technology teams to improve customer journeys and maximise marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across digital ecosystems, partnerships and emerging acquisition channels.
Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, sponsorships, events and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide strategic direction across digital content, communications, social media and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Manage annual marketing planning, forecasting and budget allocation.
  • Present marketing performance, investment recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership. Leadership
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing marketing teams across performance and digital marketing disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous optimisation.
  • Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support wider commercial priorities.
  • Champion data-driven decision making across the marketing organisation.
Requirements Essential
  • 15-20 years of progressive marketing experience, with significant leadership responsibility in performance marketing, digital acquisition and growth marketing.
  • Proven experience leading high-value digital marketing budgets with clear ownership of commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success scaling customer acquisition through Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Affiliates, Programmatic and other digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, conversion optimisation and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing external agencies, media partners and marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience presenting performance insights and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams across Product, Sales, Technology and Compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
Preferred
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, online trading, capital markets, payments, wealth management or other regulated industries.
  • Experience leading regional or multi-market marketing functions across APAC.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms and advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams through periods of rapid business growth.
