- Sales & Relationship Management: Meet with trading desk clients and prospects to market the product, build relationships, and leverage existing networks to drive onboarding efforts for new clients and brokers.
- Workflow Alignment: Develop a deep understanding of client trading needs across Algorithms, High Touch, and Portfolio Trading (PT) to ensure the firm is aligned to deliver optimal solutions.
- Execution Consulting: Advise clients on which strategies and tactics they should employ before and during trading, providing post-trade strategy advice to pursue best execution.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Identify market trends and trading opportunities by collaborating with the APAC EQS team to formulate and implement tactical and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Product Collaboration: Liaise with the internal product team to enhance and elevate our algorithmic product suite to incorporate client requirements and reflect regional market structure differences.
- Internal Partnering: Partner with Business Development and Trading Coverage to strengthen client workflow integrations and improve platform interaction.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to maintain and update the database with client updates and pipeline opportunities.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competition by gathering marketplace information, comparing pricing, analyzing new products, and advising internally on how to keep our offering best-in-class.
