The Role
Based in Singapore, the Senior Sales & Relationship Manager will join the Asia Sales & Account Management team and play a key role in driving client growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across product, operations, compliance, and commercial teams, you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients maximize the value of the firm's solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys partnering with innovative businesses operating across payments, fintech, and Web3.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing tailored solutions that support clients' evolving needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Support clients in optimizing their use of payment, banking, and digital asset infrastructure solutions.
  • Proactively uncover opportunities to increase client value and deepen partnerships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery and alignment.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Client Success within fintech, payments, banking, acquiring, merchant services, or related financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing strategic or high-value client accounts.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and account expansion.
  • Knowledge of or experience working with Web3, digital assets, blockchain, or crypto-related businesses is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
