Role Overview As part of the Platform and Structured Solutions Sales team, you will play a key role in expanding the firm's presence across Asia. The position focuses on engaging institutional clients and external asset managers, promoting the firm's execution-to-custody capabilities and broader product suite.
You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship management, client acquisition, and delivering tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities - Build and strengthen relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders across the region, leveraging your existing network to drive commercial growth.
- Lead client acquisition and retention efforts while promoting the firm's financial markets expertise and technology-driven capabilities.
- Deliver tailored investment and structured solutions that align with client objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to enhance overall client service and cross-functional delivery.
- Partner with internal support functions to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the continued global growth of the business.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience within financial services.
- Experience in platform sales, institutional sales, or structured solutions sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of structured products and investment solutions.
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable solutions.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
