Client Solutions – Business Account Manager (Prime Services) SG / Hong Kong
We are partnering with a leading global bank to hire a Client Solutions professional within its Prime Services division in Hongkong. This role focuses on managing end-to-end client relationships from onboarding through to ongoing servicing, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities - Act as the main point of contact for institutional clients, managing relationships post-onboarding
- Support client lifecycle including onboarding, go-live, and ongoing account management
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver integrated client solutions
- Provide day-to-day support on trading activities, including monitoring credit limits and resolving issues
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency
- Conduct portfolio reviews (margin, fees) and support client servicing strategies
- Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution through cross-functional coordination
- Maintain strong awareness of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to controls and governance
Requirements - 6+ years’ experience in Prime Brokerage, Client Coverage, or Financial Markets Operations
- Strong knowledge of Prime Services (clearing, custody, margining, financing preferred)
- Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or institutional clients
- Good understanding of FX and Interest Rate products
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Language Requirement - Japanese (native/bilingual) and English proficiency are mandatory, with the ability to manage technical discussions and senior client interactions
