Institutional Sales Manager 
 
A global fintech platform provider is expanding its institutional business across Asia-Pacific and is hiring its first senior sales professional in Singapore. This is a high-impact, build-out role where you will play a key part in establishing the firm's regional presence and driving new business across hedge funds, family offices, and broker clients.
 
You will work closely with international teams while leading client acquisition and relationship management efforts in APAC.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the firm's institutional trading and prime brokerage offering
  • Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities across Asia-Pacific
  • Build and manage relationships from initial pitch through onboarding and ongoing servicing
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Execute regional sales strategies to grow market share
  • Lead client presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share
  • Contribute to building sales processes and best practices as the regional business scales
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales within financial markets
  • B
  • Strong knowledge of Asia-Pacific markets and client landscape
  • Proven ability to articulate complex financial products and solutions
  • Experience engaging and presenting to senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated track record in business development and revenue generation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Strong client focus and relationship management skills
  • Existing network across hedge funds, family offices, or brokers is highly advantageous
  • Business fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
