Futures & Options Sales - ASEAN We are working with a leading regional financial institution seeking an experienced Futures & Options Sales professional to cover institutional clients across ASEAN. This role focuses on driving derivatives trading activity, managing key relationships, and expanding market presence across regional exchanges.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients across ASEAN markets
- Drive trading activity in listed derivatives, including futures and options across regional exchanges (e.g. Taiwan and Singapore markets)
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms with clients and clearing brokers, including pricing and profitability
- Provide market insights, trade ideas, and product guidance to support client engagement
- Support client onboarding processes and ensure seamless ongoing relationship management
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and exchange rules
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in derivatives sales, institutional sales, or capital markets
- Strong understanding of futures and options products and trading workflows
- Experience covering ASEAN clients and markets preferred
- Existing network of institutional clients is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with electronic trading platforms such as TT or CQG is a plus
Preferred Experience - Exposure to regional derivatives exchanges, particularly in Southeast Asia and North Asia
- Understanding of clearing, margining, and post-trade processes
Performance Metrics - Client acquisition and retention
- Growth in trading volumes and revenue generation
