About the Role
This position sits within a regional Account Management team focused on delivering strong client outcomes and long-term partnerships across APAC. The team works closely with global stakeholders to ensure enterprise clients maximise the value of data, analytics, and technology solutions. The role emphasises strategic engagement, proactive problem-solving, and driving measurable commercial impact.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building strong connections with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, identify upsell opportunities, and improve client retention
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client needs
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, uncover opportunities, and align on future strategies
  • Monitor account health metrics, proactively mitigating risks and reducing churn
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions to secure favourable commercial outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development
  • Proven track record managing enterprise clients and delivering revenue growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders (including C-level)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to track performance and insights
Preferred Experience
  • Background in financial services, data/analytics, or B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience handling complex solution sales and enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated success in contract negotiations and renewals
  • Exposure to structured account planning frameworks and strategic relationship management
