Function: Enterprise New Business Sales
Role Overview A fast-growing SaaS provider in the investment and insurance technology space is expanding across APAC and hiring
senior sales hunters in
Hong Kong to drive new business with insurance companies and asset managers.
This is a
new headcount focused on closing complex, enterprise deals and positioning the platform as a
front-to-back office solution. Key Responsibilities - Drive net-new enterprise revenue across APAC insurance and asset management clients
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through close
- Lead senior-level conversations with CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Investment
- Position solutions across:
- Investment accounting
- Regulatory reporting
- Risk-based capital
- Front-to-back investment workflows
- Travel regionally to engage HQ and in-country stakeholders
Target Clients - Insurance companies and asset managers, including:
- A landmark regional insurance client
- Regional insurers and asset managers across Southeast and North Asia
- Strategic targets include large multinational insurers and regional champions
Ideal Candidate Profile - Strong preference for candidates with:
- Accounting qualification or deep investment accounting background
- Experience selling into insurance and asset management
- Proven enterprise sales hunter with APAC coverage
- Able to articulate the full investment lifecycle, including:
- IBOR / ABOR
- Front office workflows
- Risk & performance
- Alternatives, derivatives, and private assets
- Commercial, consultative, and disciplined in structured sales execution
- Brings existing senior relationships across target clients
