Role Overview We are seeking a
Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across
strategic global financial institution accounts in the APAC region. This role is focused on expanding revenue, strengthening client relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to top-tier banks and financial services firms.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major global bank relationships, driving recurring business, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategic account plans.
Key Responsibilities - Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with strategic banking and financial institution clients across APAC.
- Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and other teams.
- Drive revenue growth through new opportunities, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell within the assigned account portfolio.
- Lead sales processes end-to-end, including pipeline development, solution design, executive engagement, negotiations, and contracting.
- Collaborate on strategy and execution of key account plans in support of broader regional objectives.
- Represent the organisation both internally and externally at industry events and client meetings.
Experience & Skills Required - Proven success in a sales or strategic account management role, ideally selling enterprise solutions to global financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and workflows; ability to articulate complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams and at senior client levels.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and driving outcomes with cross-functional support.
