About the Team
The Collateral Management team sits within Pan-Asia Operations in Singapore and supports a broad range of products including Structured Finance, Repo, Stock Borrowing & Lending, OTC Derivatives, and Futures. This role will work closely with the Head of Collateral Management and other team members to support daily operations and contribute to the team's strategic initiatives.

Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Collateral Management function. The role will support daily margining activities, reconciliations, and clearing processes across multiple products, including Structured Finance & Repo, Stock Borrowing and Lending (SBL), Futures, and centrally-cleared trades (e.g., LCH). The successful candidate will collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
-Assist in daily margin call processing and dispute resolution across bilateral and cleared trades.
-Support collateral movements and reconciliations for OTC Derivatives, Repo, and Futures (including central clearing).
-Monitor and resolve cash and securities fails in a timely manner.
-Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Perform daily reconciliations of collateral portfolios and escalate discrepancies.
-Ensure accurate booking of margin calls and collateral settlements.
-Liaise with internal teams (Front Office, Risk, Credit, Legal) and external counterparties.
-Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
-Support onboarding of new products and clearing arrangements.
-Assist in preparing internal reports and metrics (KRIs/KPIs).
-Stay informed on relevant regulatory developments impacting collateral operations.

Skills and Qualifications
-2-5 years of experience in Collateral Management.
-Exposure to Futures clearing and central clearing processes (e.g., LCH) preferred.
-Familiarity with OTC Derivatives, Repo, and Stock Borrowing & Lending.
-Understanding of ISDA/CSA and GMRA agreements.
-Experience with industry platforms such as Tri-Resolve, Acadiasoft, or Anvil is advantageous.
-Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Access or PowerPoint is a plus.
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
