About the Role
 
As a Business Development Manager within the Commercial team in Singapore, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You'll identify new opportunities, manage an existing client portfolio, and represent the firm's suite of payment and FX solutions.
This role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration — you'll work closely with the broader sales and product teams to pursue new business, while independently managing your own client base. A hybrid work model is available, though team members are encouraged to spend most of their time in the office to foster engagement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial growth and deliver on revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and align with client needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and business processes
  • Represent the firm as a brand ambassador at meetings and presentations
  • Conduct professional and impactful sales presentations
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required by senior leadership
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payments, FX, or financial technology sales/account management
  • Proven success in delivering against revenue goals and managing high-value clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build internal and external relationships across functions
  • Passion for the fintech industry and enthusiasm for driving client success
