eFX Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst
Department: Product Management
Desired Qualities
  1. Basic understanding of FX concepts, the financial industry, and global markets.
  2. Experience in trading, sales trading, or account management across Equities, FX, Digital Assets, or Fixed Income markets is preferred.
  3. Strong interest in a customer-focused role, with an emphasis on building long-term partnerships.
  4. Basic understanding of product management principles, including defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and commercializing product features.
  5. Passion for technology, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Job Description I. New Client Implementations
  1. Coordinate and lead project kick-off sessions for new clients integrating with the company's trading platform or environment.
  2. Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
  3. Design functional solutions, create user workflows, and document Functional Specifications.
  4. Capture and formalize business requirements through documentation (e.g., Confluence, JIRA), analysis, workshops, process descriptions, use cases, and scenario analysis.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
  6. Actively participate in client expectation management and implementation planning.
II. Ongoing Client Management
  1. Engage with established clients to understand their system usage and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve production issues and maintain clear, timely communication with clients.
  3. Contribute to internal planning, delivery processes, and client communications.
  4. Attend product demos and project meetings to stay informed about new features and client needs.
III. Strategic Initiatives
  1. Contribute to defining and refining the organization's customer engagement strategy.
  2. Provide insights and input into client communication strategies and relationship management approaches.
  3. Drive improvements in client onboarding and ongoing maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  4. Propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, standardization, and user experience across teams.
IV. Analytics & Reporting
  1. Support sales and business development efforts by generating detailed client trading analytics reports.
  2. Analyze client trading activity to identify opportunities for performance optimization and best execution.
  3. Prepare, analyze, and distribute customized monthly trade analytics reports for clients and partners.
  4. Assist in creating new analytical tools, dashboards, or reporting processes to enhance business insights.
