Customer Success Manager – FX Trading Solutions Are you passionate about

About the Role We are looking for a
Customer Success Manager to be the primary link between our clients and our
FX trading platforms in the APAC region. You will play a key role in
client onboarding, revenue growth, and strategic account management, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their use of our FX trading platforms.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee new client onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- Conduct onsite visits for training, strategic planning, and client engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for mature clients, delivering world-class service.
What We’re Looking For - Experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management in institutional FX (buy-side and sell-side experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including engagement with C-level executives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize client needs effectively.
- Technical knowledge of eFX trading and messaging protocols like FIX.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak Korean Language will be critical. Japanese speaking abilities will also be a big advantage.
