Role Overview: We are seeking a 
Technical Account Manager to play a key role in both 
pre-sales and 
post-sales engagements. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients — helping them understand, implement, and maximize the value of the firm's technology solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge of 
FX, Metals, CFD, and Crypto markets, as well as familiarity with electronic trading platforms and integration workflows.   
Key Responsibilities:   Pre-Sales Engagement:  - Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored technology solutions across FX, Metals, CFD, and Crypto asset classes.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) exercises, and deep-dive technical sessions to highlight platform capabilities.
- Prepare detailed solution proposals and presentations to clearly communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with platform functionality and client requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on trading technology, market structure, and execution workflows.
Post-Sales Delivery & Client Success: - Manage client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring smooth integration of the firm's technology solutions.
- Translate client objectives into actionable technical documentation for delivery teams.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (product, development, support) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor client usage, gather feedback, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering proactive solutions and partnering with Account Management to identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 5 years' experience in FX and Crypto trading technology, electronic trading, or FinTech solutions.
- Strong understanding of FX and Crypto markets, including spot, forwards, swaps, and options.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture roles.
- Familiarity with FIX and REST protocols, APIs, and trading workflows is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Track record of managing multiple client engagements and ensuring successful solution delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused, and agile environment.
