Position: Investor Relations - International Associate / Assistant Vice President (Fluent in Korean)

Location: Singapore, APAC (hybrid work — in office 4 days, remote 1 day)
 
About the Role
You will be part of the Investor Relations team, helping to expand and service our growing client base across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll engage with investors, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders to support their interactions on our investment platform and work closely with fund sponsors to facilitate distribution. Your efforts will help improve client experience and ensure their success in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated coverage of select client accounts, collaborating closely with internal relationship management teams to support client objectives
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction
  • Possess a strong understanding of alternative investment operations and stay on top of fund administrator deliverables
  • Assist prominent fund managers in their fundraising efforts — facilitation of subscription processes, coordination of closings, and ensuring smooth client outcomes
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at process improvement, product enhancements, or operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. with technology, operations, product teams) to enhance platform experience and internal workflows
  • Represent the IR team in internal and external meetings (e.g. with clients, partners, or senior management)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in financial services, ideally in client service, investor relations, or alternative investments
  • Fluency in Korean is a significant advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within deadlines under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and be self-driven as well as collaborative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Prior exposure to transfer agency (TA) or investor relations processes for alternative investment funds, particularly in a fund admin environment, is highly preferred
  • Comfort with or willingness to engage with technology and contribute to tech-driven solutions
