Role Overview This senior role leads the end-to-end onboarding strategy for institutional markets clients, driving global transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The position requires close engagement with executive stakeholders and oversight of a high-performing international team.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a scalable onboarding strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory priorities.
- Transformation & Innovation: Lead digitization, automation, and process redesign to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Sales, Risk, and Operations; represent onboarding in senior forums and audits.
- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with global standards (KYC, CIP, FATCA, EMIR, Dodd-Frank) and internal policies.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee trading enablement, platform readiness, and onboarding KPIs; drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- People Leadership: Lead and develop a global team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on performance and growth.
Skills & Experience - Extensive experience (12+ years) in client onboarding, capital markets, or financial operations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and onboarding platforms
- Proven leadership in complex, cross-border environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Demonstrated success in driving digital or process transformation
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced qualifications preferred
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
