About the Role We are seeking a
Customer Success Manager with a strong commercial mindset to partner with our largest and most strategic enterprise clients. You will be directly responsible for driving account growth, maximising product adoption, and ensuring measurable business outcomes for customers. This role blends relationship management with revenue generation, making you a key driver of retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
Based in Singapore, you will work closely with senior leadership, Sales, and Product teams to design and execute strategies that deepen customer engagement, uncover new opportunities, and deliver exceptional client value.
Key Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and commercial growth.
- Identify, qualify, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans that align customer objectives with product capabilities, outlining revenue targets, adoption milestones, and success metrics.
- Partner with Sales to ensure seamless onboarding and smooth handover from pre- to post-sale.
- Act as the main point of contact for executives and decision-makers, building trust and influencing buying decisions.
- Lead business reviews and present ROI/value realisation to reinforce the case for renewals and expansion.
- Track and analyse usage data to spot trends, mitigate churn risks, and proactively propose solutions.
- Provide market and competitor insights to guide product development and sales strategy.
- Facilitate customer advocacy by securing references, case studies, and participation in industry events.
Qualifications - Proven success in customer success, account management, or sales roles in SaaS or technology, with measurable revenue impact.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 clients.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding retention, expansion, and upsell targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex buying processes.
- Strong business and strategic thinking skills to align solutions with customer objectives.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and expansion rate.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, customer success platforms, and sales productivity applications.
