Comp: $150K - $200K Base, $320K+ OTE
Overview Our client is an established leader in the Post-Trade landscape servicing the largest Buy and Sell-Side institutions. They offer an extensive product portfolio and have built a best-in-class platform to service the entire post-trade lifecycle.

trategic role focused on winning new business from US-based Asset Managers. You’ll be selling a comprehensive post-trade processing and workflow platform that supports clients across OTC Derivatives, FX, and Fixed Income. They offer a wide portfolio of solutions with notable support for Trade Capture & Reporting, Reconciliations, Collateral and Margin Analytics.
You'll have the support of a Junior Sales Associate (for lead gen, pricing coordination, and client prep), allowing you to focus on high-value client engagement, pipeline strategy, and sourcing new business. You'll also work closely with senior leadership in developing your sales strategies and advise their global offices on how to replicate your success.
It's important they find someone who's experienced and savvy in developing, expanding large regional territories fluent in the Post-Trade Lifecycle and engaging with Executive/Senior middle and back-office personas.
Key Responsibilities: - Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across US-based Traditional Asset Managers (Mutual Funds, Pension, Insurance, etc.).
- Develop territory, account strategies working closely with their Head of Buy-Side Sales to lead efforts to replicate your approach globally
- Coach and mentor a Junior Sales Associate to support day-to-day operations and sourcing new business
- Focus heavily on operating in a data-driven fashion, utilizing analytics and CRM resources to define and inform your strategies
Desired Qualifications: - 8-10+ YoE selling Middle/Back-Office post-trade solutions into US Traditional Asset Managers (Mutual Funds, Pension, Insurance, etc.)
- Experienced in scaling, building client verticals for a similar product coverage is a great bonus
- Successful track-record traversing large, complex Financial Institutions and implementing business development strategies for regional and global territories
- Existing coverage and network across US Traditional Asset Managers (Mutual Funds, Pension, Insurance, etc.)
- Professional, collaborative personalities who are team-oriented and excel in managing stakeholders internally and externally.
