Position: Regional Sales Manager - Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Location: Singapore (with regional APAC coverage)


About the Role:
A fast-growing consulting, technology, and managed services firm is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) product portfolio across the APAC region. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, leading client engagements, and driving growth for CLM solutions across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the CLM product suite.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to pitch, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, operations, and product to align solutions with client needs.
  • Drive regional go-to-market strategies, leveraging existing client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive offerings within CLM and KYC/AML.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, roundtables, and conferences.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record of consultative sales and solution selling within the financial services sector, particularly in areas such as KYC, onboarding, CLM, compliance, or related domains.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, financial services consulting, or RegTech sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, CDD) and their impact on financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage a complex sales cycle and work across internal and client teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach.
  • Regional experience across APAC is preferred.
