Enterprise Sales Executive (Japan Market)

Location: Remote or Japan-based Industry: AI-driven SaaS | Enterprise Automation
A rapidly growing AI automation company is looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join the team. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in the Japan market by driving outbound lead generation, nurturing key relationships, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to enterprise clients.
Our proprietary AI platform automates the processing of complex documents end-to-end — seamlessly integrating them into client systems with zero manual effort. The result: increased productivity and reduced operational drag for our clients.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
•Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively source and qualify new leads through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), industry events, and referrals.
•Build Relationships with Decision Makers: Engage prospects, understand their workflow challenges, and map their needs to our automation solutions.
•Sales Engagement & Nurturing: Maintain regular follow-ups, nurture relationships, and progress leads through the sales funnel in close coordination with the wider sales team.
•CRM Management: Keep all prospect and pipeline information clean and up-to-date in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
•Data Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of lead data and follow all relevant privacy and data protection standards.
•Become a Product Expert: Understand the product deeply, its capabilities, differentiators, and use cases to articulate value clearly to prospects.
•Customized Demo Prep & Delivery: Tailor demos to each prospect’s use case and deliver persuasive presentations that speak to pain points and business outcomes.
 
Who You Are
•You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (An MBA is a plus.)
•You bring 5–7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, ideally within the SaaS or B2B tech industry.
•You’ve consistently met or exceeded sales targets and managed complex, high-value client accounts.
•You are fluent in Japanese and highly effective at engaging with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
•You’re confident in communication, negotiation, and presentation, and enjoy solving problems for clients.
•You’re experienced with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and familiar with the modern sales tech stack.
•You work well independently, are highly organized, and can juggle multiple priorities effectively.
