About the Role As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex software implementations. This position bridges technical solutioning with client engagement and internal coordination, ensuring successful deployment of the SaaS platform. You'll bring strong technical expertise, project leadership, and a client-first mindset to every engagement.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to showcase platform capabilities.
• Address technical questions throughout the sales cycle and assist with solution design.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and customized configurations.
• Design and implement integrations that align with client environments.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, and ensure successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• Conduct client training sessions (virtual and on-site) to support adoption.
• Create user documentation, onboarding materials, and best-practice guides.
• Provide post-implementation support and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to continuously improve client experience.
• Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and implementation practices.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
• Solid experience in project management, particularly within SaaS or software delivery.
• Proven record of delivering complex technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development and deployment processes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
