Client: Retirement & Benefits SaaS Provider
Role: Sales Strategy Manager
Location: New York, NY (On-site)
Comp: ~$90K - $100K Base + Bonus & Equity
  
Overview
Our client is a fast-growing FinTech platform who build digital infrastructure for retirement, education, and health-focused savings programs, partnering with financial institutions, payroll providers, and government agencies.
  
As they continue to expand nationally, the business is looking to hire a Sales Strategy Associate to join their New York team reporting directly to the VP of Sales and play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing go-to-market performance, and supporting revenue enablement through data-driven insights and financial planning.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Own reporting and analysis for the GTM organization, provide regular reports to leadership
  • Conduct in-depth ROI and operational analysis across sales pipelines, tools, teams, and product lines
  • Support sales planning processes, including territory models, commission structures, and budget allocations
  • Develop heat maps and market analytics to identify whitespace and upsell opportunities
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau
  • Contribute to strategic documents, business reviews, and internal planning presentations
  
Desired Qualifications
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services environment
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to handle large datasets and models
  • Knowledge of Salesforce; familiarity with Tableau or Sigma is preferred
