Position: Account Manager – Singapore/ KL Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to oversee key client relationships across Asia. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for business growth within assigned accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing renewals, increasing platform engagement, and deepening client relationships through expert knowledge of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional service and support to assigned client accounts across the region
- Drive client engagement and maximize usage and volumes of the platform
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a consistent and positive client experience
- Achieve 100% subscription renewal targets across all accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client organizations
- Become a subject matter expert in the full suite of platform features relevant to client needs
Requirements & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in account management within a financial institution or technology vendor
- Familiarity with electronic FX (eFX) platforms, ideally from a bank or fintech background
- Strong track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Solid understanding of the financial services ecosystem, including market trends and competitors
Skills & Competencies: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Business-level proficiency in Malay is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with sound analytical and numerical skills
- Technologically inclined with a keen interest in financial software and trading systems
- Adept at navigating complex client organizations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or customer success
- Experience working with electronic trading platforms or financial market software
- Self-driven and organized, with the ability to collaborate effectively across dispersed teams
- Detail-oriented with persistence in resolving complex issues
- Energetic team player with a client-centric mindset
- Understanding of MT4 or MT5 platform is crucil.
