Head of Sales (Hong Kong)

Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the firm's client base, driving business development, and deepening relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Client Acquisition - Lead and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage institutional and HNW client portfolios
- Identify new opportunities to grow AUM and build relationships with family offices, hedge funds, banks, exchanges, and other institutional investors
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and asset growth targets
- Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with broader business goals
Product & Market Development - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch innovative digital asset investment products
- Provide insights on client needs and market trends to shape product roadmap
- Conduct market research to uncover revenue opportunities and product innovation
- Create marketing collateral and presentations to support sales initiatives
Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver customized solutions and cross-sell offerings
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure
Internal Collaboration & Reporting - Align closely with trading, operations, and senior management to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate CRM and client activity records
- Produce regular performance and management reports (MIS)
Requirements - At least 8 years of experience in financial services sales, business development, or investment consulting
- Proven track record in managing institutional or HNW clients in digital assets or adjacent markets
- Strong client network and established relationships with institutional investors
- Solid understanding of investment products; familiarity with digital assets and derivatives is a strong advantage
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, other languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field
