Customer Success Manager Location: Hong Kong

Overview Experienced Customer Success Manager responsible for fostering strong, long-term client relationships and driving growth through cross-selling opportunities and strategic account management within the electronic trading and financial technology space.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients in the electronic trading domain
- Identify and communicate cross-selling and upselling opportunities to the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Plan and conduct onsite client visits for relationship development, product training, and strategic reviews
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors within client firms
- Ensure solutions are delivered in line with client objectives and timelines
- Communicate the progress of ongoing initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Track and forecast key account metrics, including monitoring client usage and engagement with the trading platform
- Take ownership of client requests and contribute to enhancing the team's reputation through exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with Sales to onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships
Requirements - Solid experience in client success or account management roles within financial services, brokerage, or financial technology providers
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Track record of delivering customer-centric solutions aligned with business needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging clients in both virtual and onsite settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of electronic foreign exchange (eFX); multi-asset class knowledge is a plus
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a results-driven mindset
