Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding eFX trading platform in London to sell into sell and buy side institutions.

Overview:
A leading global financial technology is seeking an experienced and driven eFX Sales professional to join its institutional sales team based in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing relationships with both sell-side and buy-side institutions, with deep expertise in FX products and market structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and proprietary trading firms.
  • Drive the adoption and usage of the firm’s FX trading and clearing solutions, including spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, and FX futures.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional segment, leveraging industry contacts and market insights.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders (product, operations, legal, and technology teams) to support client onboarding and ongoing servicing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events to promote FX solutions and maintain a visible market presence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of institutional FX sales experience, with an established network of relationships in London’s buy-side and sell-side communities.
  • In-depth knowledge of FX products, trading workflows, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Strong understanding of market infrastructure, including electronic trading platforms and clearing mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a client pipeline, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with listed FX derivatives and cleared OTC FX products.
  • Experience working with multi-asset institutional clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
