Role: Sales Executive (Mid-West, Buy & Sell-Side)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Comp: $160K - $190K Base + Bonus
Overview Our client is an established leader in the Post-Trade vertical servicing the largest Buy and Sell-Side institutions. They offer an extensive product portfolio and have built a best-in-class platform to service the entire post-trade lifecycle.
The business is looking bring on a strong sales professional fluent in selling across Tier 1-3 Buy & Sell-Side institutions and managing territory-wide sales strategies. This role comes with support from Junior Sales Associates to help drive efforts around lead gen, client engagements, pricing, and general day-to-day operations.
Important that this candidate enjoys working in a detail-oriented culture and leans on data to make informed strategic decisions. You will operate closely with their senior leadership and executive teams and can expect a fast-paced, strategic environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute the full Sales Lifecycle across the East Coast territory targeting Buy-Side & Sell-Side institutions
- Mentor and act as a resource for your Junior Sales Associate to ensure strong upskilling
- Develop, manage your account and territory strategies while maintaining key relationships at firms you've successfully onboarded
- Coordinate with the wider sales, product, and marketing groups to deliver a best-in-class client experience to create strong, long-lasting relationships
Desired Qualifications: - 8-10+ YoE selling similar solutions into Buy & Sell-Side firms, ideally across a large product suite focused on Post-Trade solutions
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative, engaged internal culture who are highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Successful track-record selling into larger organizations with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Existing network in the Mid-West region and comfortable with traveling to respective client locations
