About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the digital asset space, partnering with institutional clients across APAC to provide execution services, market insights, and tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales, deep understanding of financial markets, and a strong interest or background in digital assets or trading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and family offices.
  • Drive sales and business development efforts across APAC with a focus on crypto trading, OTC execution, and related digital asset services.
  • Collaborate with trading, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Develop customized client solutions based on market trends, client needs, and product capabilities.
  • Maintain a high level of market awareness and stay informed of developments in the digital asset space.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, panels, and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within electronic trading, FX, equities, or crypto markets.
  • Strong network of institutional clients in the region, with a proven ability to drive revenue and close deals.
  • Excellent understanding of trading workflows, financial products, and market structure.
  • Familiarity with digital assets or a strong interest in the sector is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
