Client: FX Trading Platform
Role: Head of Client Services, AMER 
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Comp: $150K - $180K Base + Bonus 
  
  
Overview
Our client provides an established FX and OTC Derivative Trading platform servicing the largest Buy-Side institutions and Liquidity Providers. They offer an extensive product portfolio and have built a best-in-class platform to across the trading lifecycle.
  
The business is looking bring on a polished, strategic candidate who is fluent in managing Client Services teams across large territories to lead their efforts for the Americas Markets as the main POC. This role will see you take ownership of their client facing and technical teams while supporting their largest client relationships.
  
You will operate closely with their senior leadership and executive teams and can expect a fast-paced, strategic environment with a long-term vision where you are helping them scale the US and LatAm verticals and foster a collaborative environment.
  
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Americas Client Service team, standards, and workflows collaborating with senior leadership.
• Lead and execute on high-priority client issues or projects and deliver a high-touch, effective client services framework for end-users 
• Mentor and act as a resource for your junior members to ensure strong upskilling
• Close the gap between global teams focusing on driving strong collaboration and communication
• Develop training and onboarding standards and lead team development efforts.

  
Desired Qualifications:

• 7-10+ YoE within Client Services and/or Incident Response ideally with leadership and people management experience. 
• Strong skillset around managing senior leadership and strong communication abilities 
• Strong understanding of APIs and FIX Protocol alongside knowledge of FX/OTC Derivative trading workflows for buy-side traders
• Experience scaling or building teams on top of delivering targeted performance measurement frameworks
