Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive
Junior Sales Support professional to join a fast-paced, high-growth team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a support function with exposure to the commercial side of fintech and is comfortable managing the operational backbone of sales activities. You'll work closely with the sales "hunters" to ensure timely execution of contracts, operational readiness, and a smooth client experience post-sale.
Key Responsibilities: - Follow up and track commercial contracts and sales documentation with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day support to the front-line sales team, ensuring they can focus on revenue-generating activities.
- Handle operational tasks such as settlement support, processing client requests, and ensuring accurate delivery of services.
- Assist in coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new client onboarding or product updates.
- Liaise between Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
- Serve as a key point of contact for client follow-ups, status updates, and coordination during onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain and update internal records, dashboards, and trackers related to the sales cycle.
Who You Are: - 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a fintech or bank middle-office environment.
- Hands-on experience with cross-border payments is essential.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with legwork and administrative-heavy tasks that keep the sales engine running smoothly.
- Prior experience with UAT coordination, operations, or settlements in a payments or FX environment is a plus.
