A fast-growing, international financial technology firm is seeking a
Hindi-speaking Relationship Manager to join its Singapore-based Commercial team. This organization combines the stability of traditional banking with the agility of a FinTech to deliver cutting-edge payment and banking solutions for the modern economy.
The Role Reporting to the General Manager, Singapore, you will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through upselling strategic solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by understanding their business priorities and aligning solutions to their needs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth across cash management and treasury services
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to strengthen client engagement and long-term partnerships
- Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining regular and high-quality communication with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Product, Client Solutions, Compliance, KYC/Onboarding, and Client Services—to ensure smooth delivery and support of client solutions
- Monitor client satisfaction, proactively address issues, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery

What We’re Looking For - Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship or account management within payments, banking, acquiring, or financial services
- Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts with a strong focus on revenue generation and upselling
- Strong commercial acumen and client-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
