We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our ASEAN team, focusing on Institutional and Large Corporate clients. Based in Singapore, this role is centered on deepening relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met, accounts are well-managed, and long-term growth is achieved.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by building strong, long-term relationships
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and profitability
• Take a consultative approach to account management, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunities within your client portfolio that align with our FX and payment offerings
• Create compelling business proposals showcasing our capabilities and value proposition
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as operations, product, compliance, and treasury to ensure high client satisfaction
• Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve service delivery and product development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management; candidates with backgrounds in Sales or Strategic Partnerships will also be considered
• Strong understanding of FX and payments is highly advantageous
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and navigate complex commercial discussions
• Track record of successfully expanding business relationships
• Meticulous, resourceful, and self-driven with a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
