Role: Business Analyst Department: Product Management Desired Qualities:
- Foundational understanding of FX markets, financial instruments, and trading concepts.
- Prior experience in trading, sales trading, or account management across Equities, FX, Digital Assets, or Fixed Income is preferred.
- Strong interest in a client-facing role focused on building long-term relationships.
- Basic knowledge of product management principles, including defining Minimum Viable Products and commercializing new features.
- Enthusiasm for technology, analytical thinking, and solving complex problems.
Job Description: I. New Client Implementations
- Lead and coordinate project kick-offs for new client onboarding.
- Gather business requirements through client engagement and translate them into clear technical documentation for internal development teams.
- Design and document user workflows and functional solutions.
- Formalize business needs using tools like Confluence and JIRA through documentation, workshops, process mapping, use cases, and scenario analysis.
- Manage and align expectations across various internal and external stakeholders.
- Play an active role in managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
II. Existing Client Engagement
- Maintain regular contact with established clients to understand their usage and evolving needs.
- Collaborate with support teams to address production issues and ensure consistent communication with clients.
- Contribute to internal planning and client communication strategies.
- Participate in functionality demos and project updates with clients.
III. Strategic Initiatives
- Contribute to shaping the organization’s client engagement strategy.
- Provide feedback on client interactions to support ongoing improvements.
- Drive enhancements in the implementation and post-go-live processes.
- Recommend innovative and practical solutions to streamline operations, enhance standardization, and improve user experience.
IV. Analytics & Reporting
- Support sales and business development efforts by generating client trading analytics.
- Analyze trading patterns to identify opportunities for performance improvement and better execution.
- Produce and distribute custom monthly trading reports for clients and partners.
- Assist in building and maintaining executive dashboards and internal reporting tools.
