We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Partnership Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth through enterprise FX and cross-border payment solutions. You will work closely with partners across e-commerce, fintech, payment service providers, and B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners to expand the reach of cross-border payment and FX pricing solutions.
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle — from initial pitch, solution alignment, commercial negotiation, to post-sale relationship management.
- Develop go-to-market strategies with partners to co-sell or integrate fintech solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to support complex partner integrations and use cases.
- Track performance metrics, manage pipeline in CRM, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments across the cross-border payments landscape.
Requirements: - 4–7 years of experience in partnership sales, business development, or enterprise sales — preferably in fintech, FX, payments, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX, or the e-commerce ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Nice to Have: - Experience working with APIs, embedded finance solutions, or B2B platforms.
- Exposure to regional markets such as SEA, HK, or Greater China.
- Ability to speak an additional Asian language is a plus.
