An established Asian futures brokerage has engaged Trevose Partners London to identify an exceptional CEO to lead their UK market entry and growth strategy. Reporting directly to the board, fluent Mandarin is a mandatory requirement.
  
Essential:

• 15+ years futures/derivatives leadership experience
• Proven UK market expertise and institutional network
• Deep understanding of FCA regulatory framework
• Track record scaling operations in new markets
• Experience managing significant P&L

 Role:

• Establish UK presence and brand whilst securing regulatory approval
• Manage local exchange membership application processes
• Build local team across sales, operations & compliance
• Develop institutional client base
• Navigate UK regulatory environment
• Drive revenue growth strategy

This is a high priority role, ideally looking for a candidate to join in Q1 2025
