Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships within FX. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge, you will lead the charge in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing high-value client accounts. Your primary focus will be on building long-lasting partnerships with key clients, understanding their unique FX requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. With a strategic mindset and exceptional sales acumen, you will drive new business opportunities, exceed revenue targets, and contribute to the overall success of our FX division.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain high-value client accounts in the FX market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and risk profiles to deliver customized FX solutions and value-added services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, operations, and support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of client solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and favorable outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling additional products and services to existing clients and cross-selling to new prospects.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and client engagement activities to senior management.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales or relationship management within the FX industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of FX products, markets, and trading strategies, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the FX market, including corporate clients, financial institutions, and institutional investors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on exceeding targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making.
