The client had been looking for two months without success


Tasked by a global Regtech to find a commercial Relationship Manager based in Singapore with Mandarin, Cantonese + English language fluency in addition to a wealth of financial services experience. The client had been looking for two months without success.


We focused our search on candidates who had previously left Singapore to work in other APAC locations and found a tri-lingual RM with extensive financial services expertise based in Hong Kong, whose partner still lived in Singapore. She wasn't actively searching for a new role and required Visa sponsorship, however the opportunity to move back to Singapore with her partner was very attractive.


After a swift interview period and impressing the client, the candidate started one month later in the HK office before relocating with the client to Singapore who were able to provide sponsorship.
