Cash & Liquidity with particular focus on upgrading the banks Balance Sheet Substantiation process.

Approach

Trevose mapped the Nordic market of senior Programme Management candidates with the requisite functional expertise which was a very small pool. We also cast the net wider and identified a former MD at a leading UK bank who had been consulting for the past few years.

Outcome

As the stand out candidate in the process, an agreement was reached which offered sufficient flexibility to allow him to commute to Copenhagen for the duration of the programme.
