Key responsibilities:
As part of the Client Engineering teamm you will work alongside our Sales, Customer Success and Engineering teams to help prospective clients make the best use of the firms products. This will involve explaining the product to prospective clients, crafting solutions, delivering technical content and training as well as taking ownership of the full software development lifecycle (gathering requirements, designing, planning and implementing the features) to solve client-specific use cases and integrations.

Our aim is to provide a world-class client experience; therefore, we are looking for a candidate who has a relentless focus on customer service and engineering quality. As part of the Client Engineering team, you will play a key role in building a community of users, provide excellent product support to our clients, and be an active participant in our open-source communities.

What skills, experience and qualifications we require:
• You will need excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to be
able to clearly define and articulate solutions with both technical and non technical audiences.
• You will already be working in a client-facing role, ideally at a SaaS or financial services software company.
• Recent experience of writing code (C#, Python or Java) is required, however
we are willing to develop someone in this area to get them up to the level
required for the role. You will be working alongside highly experienced
Engineers who are happy to provide training for you on the job in any areas in
which you require support. We want to bring onboard people who are
genuinely excited about what we are doing and have the capability and
willingness to grow and learn from their colleagues.
• Experience of working in financial services (e.g.: Investment Banking, Asset
Management) would be advantageous, but not essential.
