Job Title: Project Manager - Core System Changes

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead key initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing our core systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on process improvements and system implementations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of successful project delivery within the financial services industry. 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of process improvements for the new system QBO, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
2. Oversee the digitization of onboarding processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance client experiences.
3. Manage the replacement of financial risk systems, including the decommissioning of current systems and the integration of new solutions to mitigate risk effectively.
4. Coordinate the implementation of the GLOSS system, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and maximize system capabilities.
5. Drive the FXL implementation project, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, and implementation planning to enhance our foreign exchange trading capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on core system changes and process improvements.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus on project priorities and objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
