Role: Client Services Analyst
Location: New York, NY (Manhattan - 3x Days On-site)
Comp: $95K - $115K+ Base
Overview
Our client is a leading FX trading platform provider who are well established and bring a global footprint.
They are looking to hire a business-oriented Client Services candidate who will lead their end-user and client support efforts, onboarding, implementations, and wider workflow optimizations.
This role is a crucial part of their client services unit supporting global pre-sales operations and leading relationship efforts for some of their largest institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist the pre-sales and and support teams across onboarding, testing. documentation, and Lvl-1 non-technical support.
- Provide educational discussions to institutional end-users regarding platform usage, feature additions/enhancements, and products.
- Review pricing and trade quality while providing analysis to end-users and the wider business.
- Manage STP processes, workflow optimization, and end-user trainings.
Desired Qualifications: - 2-5+ YoE in Client Services, Support, or similar client services focused role.
- Experience within the FX and Derivative markets ideally supporting institutional traders with a strong familiarity of their workflows.
- Prior experience leading training sessions for institutional end-users will be a great bonus!
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Excel will be a great bonus!
