A well-established Fintech company seeks a strategic marketing leader to drive its digital presence and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B fintech marketing as well as a proven record of driving results through digital channels for financial technology solutions.
Qualified applicants will demonstrate the following capabilities:
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within fintech or financial services
- Deep expertise in B2B marketing strategies, particularly in the post-trade technology space
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing digital marketing teams
- Proven success in developing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and demonstrating clear ROI
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and marketing automation platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead demand generation initiatives across all digital channels
- Build and manage a team of digital marketing specialists across content, social, and marketing operations
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to create compelling digital campaigns
- Drive thought leadership initiatives through digital channels
