Coming from a background in business development within the alcohol trade, I picked up a lot around relationship building, commercial strategy, and working in a fast-paced, competitive space. Moving into recruitment consulting felt like a natural next step, I get to bring that same energy into connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, which has helped a lot in this line of work. I try to take on challenges as they come and genuinely enjoy learning and growing along the way.
Outside of work, I'm quite happy with a beer and a good conversation, probably part of why building relationships comes naturally to me.
