Originally from the Bay Area, California, Sydney is a 2025 graduate from the University of Michigan, where she studied Psychology, Intergroup Relations, and Music. Drawn to fast-paced, people-centric environments, Sydney found the perfect fit in recruitment, joining Trevose Partners in September 2025. As a Consultant on the Operations desk, she supports hiring across Trade Support, Settlements, Prime Brokerage, Client Services, Collateral, and Change Management, while working closely with leading Banks, Hedge Funds, and Asset Managers.
Outside of work, Sydney loves to explore food and coffee culture — discovering new restaurants and cafes, cooking different cuisines, and crafting barista-style drinks. She’s also an avid swimmer, skier, and traveller, always eager to explore something new.
