Job description:

My client is a well established FinTech company who are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in financial services and technology. As a Product Manager you will be exposed to a range of innovative initiatives across the firm’s full product range. Candidates should have strong fundamental BA skills, as well as, experience in change/project management. In-depth product knowledge of FX and/or derivatives is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as, attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with users to gather business requirements and thereby ensure the product meets the business’ needs
  • Develop specifications  to enhance the project
  • Partner with cross functional departments
  • Communicate requirements with the Project manager
  • Ability to produce User Stories, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Use Case Diagrams
  • Manage the project transition’s growth and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven business analysis/ software product management experience in a financial services environment, ideally B2B FinTech.
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics, MIS, or any engineering degree
  • Understanding of full trade lifecycle of FX and/or derivatives
  • Experience in implementing Business Process Change Management or Enterprise wide project change management projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficient Microsoft application software (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
